The Polyhydron PV 100 to PV 200 (21 Series) is a hydraulic-pilot operated, seat-type check valve designed for prefilling and exhausting large hydraulic cylinders. These valves allow rapid movement in hydraulic presses by permitting high-volume oil flow from the tank to the cylinder and vice versa.

The Polyhydron Prefill Valve (PV 100 to PV200) – 21 Series is a hydraulic pilot-operated check valve with a seat-type construction. It allows free flow from port A to port B, while flow from port B to port A can be enabled by applying pilot pressure to port X.
The valve is equipped with a decompression feature that enables it to open progressively in two stages, ensuring smooth and rapid exhaust of compressed oil. The opening and closing time of the valve can be controlled by incorporating throttle-check valves in the pilot (X port) line.
Additionally, the flanged port A of the valve housing can be rotated 360° around the vertical axis, providing flexibility in installation and easy access to flange fixing bolts and orientation adjustments.
