The Polyhydron Solenoid Operated Directional Control Valve (CETOP 05)-DE 10 (315 bar, 120 lpm) is a 4-port, spool-type solenoid operated directional control valve designed for high-performance hydraulic applications, operating up to 315 bar with a flow capacity of 120 LPM. It is available with wet armature AC or DC coils and a wide range of spool configurations, including spring-centered and spring-offset options.
The valve features a five-chamber body and spool design to handle high flow with low pressure drop. It conforms to ISO 4401-5, NFPA T3.5.1M R1, and ANSI B93-7 D 05 interface standards, ensuring compatibility and easy integration.
With 52 interchangeable spool configurations, the valve offers excellent flexibility. Removable wet-armature solenoids allow quick replacement and easy conversion between AC and DC. Moulded solenoid coils protect against moisture and dust, while plug-in connectors with indicator lights (as per ISO 4400 and DIN 43650) enhance usability.
Special R-rings provide high extrusion resistance and improved stability under dynamic conditions. A manual override feature enables valve operation during power failure. For identification, solenoid “a” is located near port “A” and solenoid “b” near port “B” in direct-operated configurations.
