The Polyhydron Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves (Cartridge Type)-PPR 06K is a two-stage, spool-type pilot operated relief/reducing valve cartridge designed for stable and efficient pressure control. Its larger flow area ensures low pressure override, improving system performance.
The valve offers two pressure adjustment options: a set screw with lock nut or a hand knob with lock nut, allowing precise and secure settings. It is designed with an internal drain, which can be easily converted to an external drain based on application requirements.
The valve allows port A to be normally connected to port T, with control at port P or port B depending on the configuration. It is offered in four pressure ratings: 25, 50, 100, and 200 bar. An optional check valve module can be provided for free reverse flow.
Pressure adjustment can be done using a screw or hand knob, ensuring precise control and ease of operation.
